WALDORF (HOME) SCHOOLING COACHING

Steiner school teachers undertake training for generally three years and continue to deepen their skills in a self-taught manner thereafter. A good teacher has not only integrated a set of abstract and complex concepts, but constantly cultivates a philosophy based on love for the mysteries of the world by making a sincere journey towards self-knowledge and knowledge of the world. This endless process of growth takes place thanks to an openness towards the Other, a sincere interest in the individual in transformation and a general enthusiasm for life. The result is an increase in gratitude and an extension of awareness about the subtler mechanisms of life experiences. Although unconsciously, children sense the authenticity, the level of expertise of their mentor and are strongly marked, influenced by it. Choosing a teacher, then, is not to be underestimated, especially when that figure, from whom every child deserves to draw inspiration, is us.
